1 General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement governing the use of the 7juu platform and all related services. By accessing the platform through the 7juu website, mobile interface, or any other channel, or by creating an account, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.
These Terms are written in Bengali and have been prepared specifically for players in Bangladesh. The platform provides online betting, casino games, slots, and other entertainment gaming services.
7juu reserves the right to change, add to, or revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect from the date they are published on the website. It is each member's responsibility to review the Terms regularly.
2 Eligibility & Age Requirement
To use the 7juu platform, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be at least 21 years old. Participation on this platform is permitted only for those aged 21 or above.
- You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming and betting activities are not prohibited.
- You must create an account in your own identity, and all information provided must be accurate and truthful.
- The same person may not operate more than one account.
- By creating an account, you are explicitly declaring that you meet these eligibility conditions.
3 Account Registration & Management
3.1 Registration Process
Providing accurate and up-to-date personal information is mandatory when creating an account on 7juu. Accounts created with false or misleading information may be closed at any time and the associated balance may be forfeited.
3.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details, password, and PIN completely confidential. Granting any third party access to your account is strictly prohibited. If you become aware of any unauthorized access, notify the support team immediately.
3.3 Account Verification
7juu may at any time request a government-issued ID, proof of age, or address documents for identity verification. Withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. This is a necessary step to ensure the security and integrity of the platform.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits
The following payment methods are currently available for deposits on the 7juu platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.
Rocket is the mobile financial service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All deposit transactions are secured with SSL encryption technology.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for the original deposit.
4.3 Transaction Verification
7juu reserves the right to carry out additional verification on suspicious transactions. If any transaction is incomplete or delayed, contact the support team. If fraudulent activity is suspected, the account will be placed under investigation.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total ৳2,000
- Deposit ৳18,000 or more → Bonus ৳8,000 (maximum limit) → Total ৳26,000
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
5.3 Bonus Policy
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period, and wagering must be completed within that period.
- The same bonus may not be claimed more than once.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, 7juu reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
- Bonuses are only usable in approved game categories — the specific games or categories applicable will be stated in the relevant bonus terms.
- 7juu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus program at any time.
6 Betting & Gaming Policy
6.1 General Betting Rules
The results of all bets and games are final and not subject to review, unless evidence of a technical error is found. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
6.2 Sports Betting
7juu offers betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and other international sports. All decisions regarding markets and odds are at the discretion of 7juu.
6.3 Casino & Slots
All casino games, slots, live dealer games, and fishing games available on the 7juu platform are operated through software from international game providers. The results of these games are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fairness and impartiality.
6.4 Restrictions
7juu reserves the right to restrict access from certain regions or IP addresses. Accessing the platform via VPN or proxy is prohibited and will be considered a violation of the Terms.
7 Fair Play & Anti-Cheating
7juu is committed to ensuring a fair and equal playing environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Placing bets or playing games using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
- Creating multiple accounts to improperly claim bonus benefits.
- Colluding with other members to attempt to influence game outcomes.
- Exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform's software or hardware.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.
8 Intellectual Property & Content
All content on the 7juu website — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is subject to the intellectual property rights of 7juu or its associated licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or use of this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Game software and content are protected under the intellectual property rights of the respective game providers, and 7juu acts solely as an intermediary platform.
9 Privacy & Data Protection

All personal information and financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption technology. 7juu will never ask for your password or full payment details.
10 Account Suspension & Closure
10.1 Closure by 7juu
7juu reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Providing a false identity or incorrect information.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Bonus abuse.
- Threats to the security or integrity of the platform.
10.2 Closure by Member
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. It is advisable to settle any outstanding wagering requirements or pending withdrawals before closing your account.
11 Limitation of Liability
7juu is an entertainment platform. There is a risk of financial loss in gaming and betting activities, and members participate at their own risk. 7juu is not liable for:
- Any financial loss arising from game or bet outcomes.
- Service unavailability due to technical errors or internet connection disruptions.
- Issues caused by third-party software or services.
- Failure of the member's own device or network.

12 Dispute Resolution

- The 7juu support team will review the complaint and communicate their decision.
- The final decision of 7juu shall be considered binding.
13 Amendments to Terms
7juu reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Members will be notified as early as possible in the case of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
